Confirm your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS is connected and enabled in Marsello

Disabling Lightspeed Loyalty immediately stops accrual and redemption in POS.

Existing balances are not deleted, but are no longer used at checkout.

How do I disable Lightspeed Loyalty?
1. Log in to your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) account as an Admin user, or as a user with permission to access Setup
2. Navigate to Setup > Loyalty
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Loyalty page and click the Disable loyalty link
How do I Enable Marsello Loyalty?
1. In Marsello, navigate to Settings > Loyalty > Points program
2. Toggle the on/off button next to Your loyalty program is to On

Customers will now earn points when they purchase at any enabled POS & eCommerce site connected to Marsello.

To ensure customers are notified of their points earned, turn on your Loyalty Notification emails: Update your loyalty program email automations
