How to use a SMS automation template

1. In your Marsello admin, go to Marketing > Automations. From the drop-down menu next to the create automation button, select Automation Library.

2. Under the Filter by feature, select SMS.

This will open your SMS Automation Library.

3. Select edit next to the template that you wish to use. This will open up the automation template for your review.

This allows you to easily make changes to your automation, including:

• Editing the trigger — Adjust the sending conditions by selecting the cog icon next to the trigger.

• Adding steps — Add more SMS or email steps by clicking the + icon.

• Adding delays — Set delays between messages using the + icon.

• Editing SMS content — Modify the message content by selecting the pencil icon next to the SMS step.

6. Once your automation is finalized, select Enable automation.

📝Note: Marsello will continue to add Store Name & Opt-out to all SMS messages & unsubscribe on all emails sent via Marsello.
